How Do I Receive Warranty Service On My Jackson Instrument?

You will need to have your instrument assessed by one of our Authorized Service Centers and have them assess the issue to determine if it is indeed covered by our warranty. They will then contact our Service Department who will then advise as to the best course of action  in getting the guitar or bass repaired.
